The MIT-Czech Republic IOCB Foundation Seed Fund supports 3 to 5 new collaborations each year between researchers from Czech universities and institutes of the Czech Academy of Sciences and their colleagues at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Each project can receive up to USD 25,000 in funding.

The funding is intended primarily for travel, accommodation, and other expenses related to working meetings and research visits by the collaborating teams. IOCB Foundation funds the program with USD 100,000 annually.
