Linda Štucbartová appointed chair of our foundation’s board

Linda Štucbartová has been appointed the new chair of our foundation’s board. She succeeds Barbara Eignerová, the foundation’s long-serving chair and a founding member of the board. A well-known entrepreneur and lecturer, joins the foundation in its fifth year of operation, at a time when it is undergoing a transformation aimed at expanding its resources to provide systematic support for the technology transfer ecosystem in the Czech Republic. In 2024, we were the 15th most generous corporate foundation in the Czech Republic

According to statistics from the Donors Forum, which annually maps the development of philanthropy in the Czech Republic, we once again ranked among the most generous corporate foundations in 2024, placing 15th. Over the course of the year, we awarded 57 foundation grants and, for the first time, exceeded the threshold of CZK 20 million distributed. Read more

Fifteen early-career researchers with young children to receive Martina Roeselová Memorial Fellowship support in 2026

The IOCB Tech Foundation announced 15 new recipients of the Martina Roeselová Memorial Fellowship. The fellowship of CZK 150,000 will help them next year to balance parenting responsibilities with the start of their academic careers and to stay connected to the world of top-level science. Success for the Czech team we supported at the International Linguistics Olympiad in Taiwan

At the end of July, the International Linguistics Olympiad took place in Taiwan – and with our support, a Czech team took part. Every member earned an individual award – one silver medal, two bronze medals, and an honorable mention – in a field of 228 participants from 43 countries. Read more

Martina Roeselová Memorial Fellowship now open, newly includes humanities and social sciences
